1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing bingop at bingop.app, creating an account, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the bingop platform, including visitors who have not yet registered. Your continued use of bingop following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use bingop, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use.
• You have not previously had a bingop account suspended or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. bingop reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each person may hold only one account on bingop. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingop account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

bingop uses SSL encryption for all sessions and OTP verification for account-sensitive actions. Despite these protections, you are responsible for ensuring that your device and account access remain secure. Notify bingop support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bingop will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bingop are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. The available payment options are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on bingop.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible.

bingop reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

5Gameplay Rules

All games on bingop — including slots, live casino games, and eBingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealing where applicable. Game outcomes are determined fairly and randomly. bingop does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets for the sole purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

Any suspected breach of gameplay rules may result in suspension of the relevant session, withholding of associated winnings pending investigation, and permanent account closure if a violation is confirmed.

6Promotions and Bonuses

bingop may from time to time offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentive programs to registered players. Any such offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

General rules applying to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available only to eligible registered accounts in good standing.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in disqualification and may lead to account closure.
• bingop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7Responsible Gaming

bingop is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. Players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, session time, and wagering activity.

8Account Suspension and Closure

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a request or legal obligation from a relevant authority.

In cases where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bingop may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where account closure is not due to a breach by the player, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player following standard verification procedures.

9Limitation of Liability

bingop provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bingop shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access caused by the player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Technical failures or connectivity issues outside bingop's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the player's decision to participate in games or place bets.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

10Privacy
